Nusa Playa’s New Year Eve Gala Dinner 31 December 2007

Nusa Playa Hotel & Spa celebrated New Year’s Eve with a Gala Dinner in the old classical Thai Style. The event began at 07.00 p.m. as guests slowly filled their seats to a full capacity crowd. As the old year departed amongst a myriad of dazzling entertainment, the guests gained momentum until they reached a veritable frenzy of exultation lasting well into the New Year.

Our guests enjoyed an evening that we are confident was a milestone in entertainment history. Along with a delicious buffet, the guests enjoyed a multifaceted dinner show which featured expertly choreographed dance routines that spanned hundreds of years of Thai history.

The finale was a visually stunning modern ballet. In between dance shows their was plenty of entertainment to suit a variety of individual tastes, such as games, a magic show, talented musicians, dancing and many chances to win the prizes offered during each lucky draw.

The entire event was meticulously organized by our management, the entire staff, and was overseen by the talents of two International multilingual MC’s. This allowed everyone in the audience to both understand and even participate in what was eventually to become a performance that was reminiscent of the big show style of 1960’s Las Vegas yet still stayed within the program set for the evening.

At 11:55 p.m. the countdown began, with beautiful fireworks over the Hotel to celebrate and welcome 2008.
